Sowparnika is a corporate office for an upcoming real estate developer in Bangalore. The project required us to be both creative and collaborative with our response – to help a young company evolve a new identity for itself in a bright and ... encouraging work environment. The internal volume comprises a triple height atrium that slices the building into two parts – the front portion holds meeting rooms and other buyer-staff interaction spaces. The rear two thirds of the mass is consumed by work spaces and other office related functions. Suspended staircases and bridges form connections between the two zones.
