Chelli Poise’ is situated on a busy link between an upcoming residential suburb and Bangalore's IT hub. The building comprises 21 units in several configurations (2BHK/3BHK/3BHK Duplex/penthouse) with balconies attached to all living and sleeping spaces. For the south and west facades, a solar screen was conceived to minimize direct sunlight, guard privacy from adjoining roads, and reduce noise levels. The screen was devised from shadow studies, improvised to generate streaked bands in concrete that animate the facades and enliven the street and neighbourhood.
